The Registration Desk is located in Redpath Hall on McGill University’s downtown campus.
Opening hours of the Registration Desk are as follows:
| Sunday, 3 August | | 11 am to 6 pm |
| Monday, 4 August | | 7 am to 5 pm |
| Tuesday, 5 August | | 7 am to 5 pm |
| Wednesday, 6 August | | 8 am to 3 pm |
| Thursday, 7 August | | 8 am to 1 pm |
| Friday, 8 August | | 8 am to 12 pm |
On-site registration and payment in Canadian dollars by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX) or cash will be possible during opening hours. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
